Our Scope and Purpose

The purpose of the MidwestRP Development Team is to develop and maintain servers and assets that support the mission of MidwestRP and the Head Administration. On this website, you will find the rules, procedures, expectations, structures, and guides to many of the core parts of the Development Team.

Current Members

Team members can be viewed on our Development Roster on the

Development Focus

The Development Team will be responsible for creating and maintaining community assets. These assets include, but are not limited to:

  • FiveM Servers & Resources

  • Discord Bots

  • Website/Forum, Domains, and other web servers

  • TeamSpeak 3 integrations, plugins, or bots

  • Logos, banners, and other graphics

Any of the above assets used by the community should be owned and maintained by the community Head Administration and developed and maintained by the Development Team. Once the community becomes operational, any asset not owned by the Head Administration should be transferred.

Developer Activity

The following metrics measure activity and can be adjusted based on skill level:

  • How many tasks were you assigned and completed without supervision

    • This includes fixing bugs and working on new features.

    • How timely was the task completed?

    • Without supervision, you started and completed a task promptly without needing any intervention (Status? How's it going?) from Project Leads.

  • How responsive you were to requests/changes/feedback.

If you are active, you will know. If you haven't meaningfully participated in one of the above for over a month, you will be given an activity warning with a deadline for assigned tasks. You will be removed from the development team if you do not complete all the assignments by the deadline.
