3.5.0 Update

BEFORE YOU JOIN THE SERVER!

We HIGHLY recommend and prior to attempting to join the 3.5 update server.

Update 3.5.0 is our most significant update since releasing the 3.0 framework. Every resource has been reviewed and updated; some may have been completely redeveloped. We've attempted to include every update below so members can be aware of the changes, which may consist of how commands and key binds work from now on.

Wiki Has been updated, with this update.

Inventory

  • NEW KEYBINDS!!! - All can be changed in FiveM Keybinds

    • TAB continues to open the inventory as usual.

    • K will open a secondary inventory (such as a trunk or stash) when you're near it.

    • Z will open the hotbar (slots 1-5)

  • You can no longer double-click to use an item. A similar control combination is ALT + LMB (Left Mouse Button) to use an item. Otherwise, right-click on an item to view the options.

Notifications and Text UI

Radial Menu

RESET YOUR KEYBIND!!! By default, the keybind of the radial menu is Z. Because this resource has already been on the server, though the feature is not used, the keybind is already set. You may reset the key bind in your Settings > Keybinds > FiveM. Look for ox_lib and then Open Radial Menu option.

Any new members (following this update) should have the keybind set to F1 by default.

Targeting (3rd-Eye)

New targeting system with redesigned UI

Game Build Updates

  • Updates to latest stable game build (including the The Chop Shop and Bottom Dollar Bounties and Agents of Sabotage)

  • Adds almost 60 new vehicles

  • Adds over 400 new clothing options

New Doorlock System

  • Doors are stored in a database

  • Doors are Locked when the lock is red, unlocked when green

  • Admins can edit doors for their jobs, see a Dev Project Lead for Instructions

Clothing

  • With this release, clothing numbers have changed

  • Job uniforms should have been updated by management

  • Personal Uniforms will need to be done manually

  • Details on what clothing changes is available at the bottom of this page.

We have written a /updateoutfits command that attempts to update your saved personal outfits for your current character to the new values. USE ONE TIME ONLY and USE AT YOUR OWN RISK, we will not provide support for personal saved outfits, go to the free clothing store to sort them out manually if they are not right

Removed Inventory Items

There are several items that have been switched to new names or will no longer be supported with this 3.5 update. Dev team will provide support for attempting to replace important missing items for a limited time following the launch.

  • Ammo names have changed and weapons will require specific ammo for each weapon.

Specific Features, Bug Fixes and Updates

All resources have been converted to use the new menus, targets, zones, inputs and progress bars. We will list only resources that had other changes on top of those conversions.

Weed Growing

  • Weed can now be grown outdoors.

  • Law Enforcement can destroy the plants.

Bank Robbery

  • New Interactions and lots of optimizations and new animations

  • Breaking into lockboxes has been removed, will return in a future update.

Restaurants

  • Hotboxes now use a menu to purchase items rather than inventory shop grid.

  • Crafting gives you the option to craft single, multiple or all items based on the needed ingredients.

  • Complete overhaul of the menus/ingredient systems

  • Order Management Menu - 3rd Eye your Registers

  • Boss Menu - Added Menu to Set Prices for hotboxes and counter ordering

Gruppe 6

  • Minor bug fixes and improvements

  • Delivery routes can be chosen.

Object Placement

  • Enabled Storage Containers that can be placed, take one day (server reboot) to be delivered and can have lots of storage or can store a vehicle. Can be opened by Law Enforcement

  • Added placeable safe's that can lock, store money and can be opened by Law Enforcement

  • Purchase these new items at vendors scattered around the map, container lease contracts last 12 weeks. If your lease expires and you don't get your items/vehicles in time, they will be lost.

  • Must present ID to lease.

Identification

  • You may need to obtain new ID's from City Hall.

  • Weapons License is now Firearms License.

Drug Updates

  • Clients can now fight back with or without weapons.

  • Dealer blips are no longer waypoints and disappear when leaving the state or arriving.

  • Older QB items added temporarily for selling or using items.

  • Clients now hand over cash directly instead of deposits.

  • Players can now choose how much they want to sell

  • Information will now be sent to the players email instead of giving them a waypoint

  • Dealers will now move around the map

NEW! AI Taxi

  • If you need a ride and there are no taxis on duty, call Carlos and he'll get you there in a jiffy.

  • /taxi calls the cab (you need to be stood in a road).

  • When he arrives, get in and set a waypoint on the map.

  • E progresses to the payment, select cash or bank and confirm.

  • While riding, you can end the journey early with S cleanly, or Y to bail out.

  • Prices start at $100, plus a small amount per mile (driven route).

Pawn Shop

  • You can only smelt one item type at a time.

  • Updated email notifications for smelting start and completion.

  • Sales now give cash directly instead of deposits.

Vineyard

  • No Job Required: The Vineyard is now an activity that can be started and stopped directly at the Vineyard location, no longer requiring a job to participate.

  • Blazer: The golf cart was changed for a Blazer to accommodate the terrain. A deposit system has been added for the Blazer. Players must pay a deposit to use the vehicle, which is refunded once the vehicle is returned.

  • Product Categories: Products now belong to specific categories for more realism:

    • Grape Juice is sold at stores (e.g., 24/7).

    • Wine is sold at bars, clubs, and liquor stores (e.g., Rob's Liquor).

  • Additional Delivery Locations: Added over 20 selling locations across San Andreas!

  • Delivery Continuation Option: Players can now choose to continue delivering products if they have more in their inventory, without needing to return to the Vineyard. This is done via a prompt after completing a delivery.

  • Batch Processing: You can now batch process grapes into juice, and juice into wine.

  • Balancing: Increased pay by a factor of 3. Updated item weights for realism / balancing.

  • Bug Fixes: Fixed numerous text phrases and various bugs.

  • Added a marker to delivery point

Taxi Job

  • Adjusted new mission logic to pick 1 of the 3 closest pick-up locations.

  • Added a ton of new pick-ups and drop-offs in Blaine County

Updated K9 Script & New Models

  • UI/MENU CHANGES: Brand new UI, Menus, and Interactions with your dog. Script has been revitalized, and now offers many bugfixes/QoL changes.

  • NEW SHOP PED: Items may be purchased from the shop ped in the MRPD Armory (sitting at the desk).

  • NEW CANINE MODELS: Replaced old K9 Model with two brand new models: German Shephard, and a Belgian Malinois; Offers custom-made multi-purpose on/off-duty vest variations, and a toggleable vest for both models. The old model has been permanently removed, and will no longer be seen on sidewalks.

London Studios

  • Supply-Line: hose item removed, can now place hydrants and connect them to specific fire trucks

  • Smart Hose: 3rd eye truck to take a hose, item no longer needed

  • Rescue Cushion has been removed due to imcompatibility

Emergency Services Armories

  • All items taken from any emergency service armory will be assigned a serial number.

  • If you are not of rank to take an item, it will show up greyed out.

Armor

These only adjust the peds armor values and do not apply physical armor clothing

  • 3 Types of Armor:

    • Light Armor - 25% - Ammunation and Law Enforcement Armories

    • Body Armor - 50% - Ammunation and Law Enforcement Armories

    • Heavy Armor - 100% - Black Market and Law Enforcement Armories

    • /removearmor - remove and reset player armor values

Parachute

  • Purchase at hardware stores

  • /removeparachute - Remove the parachure

Job Vehicles

  • Trunks no longer populate with predetermined items.

  • Alphabetized the list of vehicle names.

Re-Added Cruise Control

  • Must be above 5mph to enable cruise control

  • Player can use the key "O" to enable cruise control / Keybind change available

  • Player can increase and decrease the cruise control by 1mph / Keybind change available

  • Adaptive cruise control available

Tear Gas / Gas Mask

  • Tear gas now has a large affect towards players

  • Gas Masks available in LEO Armories

  • Gas Masks are available to purchase in the Black Market

Vehicle Shop

  • All cars should have images now, instead of the same default blue car

Prospecting

  • Fixed a bug where players wouldn't receive rewards if their drill bit broke.

  • "Stone loader" functionality strengthened with the addition of of the new inventory system.

  • "Wash ALL" functionality strengthened with the addition of the new inventory system.

  • Tips have been added to interaction menus to assist players with their mining experience.

Paychecks

  • Paychecks will now be tracked by the minute of you being on duty

  • Going off duty, switching jobs or disconnecting, will trigger your duty pay status to end

  • When going off duty your checks will be sent to Fleeca Bank for you to retrieve

Misc:

  • Airport Job Bug Fix

  • (3) Gang additions

  • Slothy’s PCs email update

  • Accessing Banks/ATM's now use 3rd Eye Target

  • Added a couple more liquor stores

  • Changed Arcade Entrance to be 3rd Eye
